How to register:
New players need a copy of their birth certificate, and proof of address -
contact the registrar if you are a first-time player.
1. Complete (or Renew) respect in sport
2. Register child(ren) online at CMHA Player registration Hockey Canada
3. Pay fees by sending e-transfer to treasurer@claresholmminorhockey.com
PAYMENT DUE IN FULL BY FIRST PRACTICE DUE TO INSURANCE REASONS
Contact the registrar with any registration concerns.
Contact treasurer to make alternate payment arrangements.
*Have Respect In Sport completed prior to registration*
**$100 late fee will apply to all registrations after Aug 13**
CMHA Fees for 2021/2022
Age Groups
U7(2017/18)............$400
U9(2015/16)............$400
U11 (2013/14)..........$475
U13(2011/12)..........$500
U15(2009/10)..........$575
U18(2006/07/08)..........$575
Fees include: Registration, pictures & games socks
*Must be 5 years old to register in U7*
Coaches : Register online prior to deadline
Coaches and Managers need a Vulnerable Sector Check every 3 years.
It will take approximately two weeks depending on the amount of checks submitted. Please do your paperwork early.
Financial assistance available through programs such as 'Kidsport' and 'Every Kid Every Community', please contact the registrar if you would benefit from one of these programs.
Overage/Player movement Requests
Requests will be handled in the same way as past years.
Register your player in the appropriate division and then submit a request, with the proper completed forms, to the association president.

Only one parent needs to take the "Respect in Sport" online class per family. Once you have completed the online course you just need to add your child to your profile. If you have a 2nd (or more) child(ren) that started playing hockey, you will need to add that/those child(ren) to your profile.
